Responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the organization’s operations, programs, and fundraising efforts. Actively participate in board meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes. Utilize your network and resources to help expand our reach and impact within the community. Advocate for the importance of psychological first aid and humanitarian relief, inspired by the compassion of Christ, to promote healing and resilience. Qualifications: Passion for serving others and making a difference in the lives of those experiencing psychological distress and humanitarian crises. Commitment to upholding the values of empathy, compassion, and inclusivity. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to dedicate time and effort to actively contribute to the organization’s mission and goals. 5 years of experience as a Program Manager.
