Systems & Cloud Administrator — Volunteer

Sante Imanite is seeking a volunteer Systems & Cloud Administrator to help build and maintain the organization’s technology infrastructure. Responsibilities Manage Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 Create and manage organizational email accounts for staff, volunteers, members, and leadership Set up email aliases, shared inboxes, and organizational groups Manage user permissions, access levels, and security settings Support onboarding and offboarding of team members Manage Google Drive/SharePoint and other cloud-based systems Configure and maintain MFA and other basic cybersecurity controls Help establish reliable cloud backup and data-retention practices Troubleshoot account, email, and access issues Maintain basic documentation of systems, accounts, and permissions Recommend cost-effective technology solutions appropriate for a growing nonprofit Ideal Candidate Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar cloud platforms Understanding of user administration, permissions, and account security Familiarity with cloud storage, backups, and cybersecurity best practices Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and communicate clearly with a volunteer team Nonprofit or small-organization experience is a plus, but not required This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to use their IT and cloud-administration skills to help build the technology infrastructure of a growing humanitarian nonprofit.
