The Patient Services Volunteer supports the Corporate Angel Network (CAN) by assisting with various in-office tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of patient services and flight coordination. Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance Enter new patient registrations and flight requests into the online database Update and maintain corporate flight schedules Confirm patient appointments and medical clearances for flying Perform general office tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.) Assist the Patient Services Manager with other duties as needed
