Volunteer Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator (Stipend Eligible) Help Arts4Schools Secure Funding and Expand Educational Opportunities Arts4Schools is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator to help secure funding, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships that support our mission of bringing arts-integrated education to schools and communities. As we celebrate our 10th Anniversary and prepare for future growth, we are looking for a relationship-builder who is comfortable engaging with corporations, foundations, local businesses, and community partners to generate financial support for our programs and events. Responsibilities Research potential corporate sponsors and funding opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with businesses and community partners Contact prospective sponsors by phone, email, and virtual meetings Assist in creating sponsorship packages and proposals Help secure sponsorships for Arts4Schools programs, events, and initiatives Track sponsorship outreach and partnership activities Collaborate with the Executive Director on fundraising strategies Represent Arts4Schools professionally in the community Preferred Qualifications Experience in fundraising, sponsorship development, sales, marketing, business development, public relations, or nonprofit development Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable making outreach calls and conducting follow-up communications Self-motivated and goal-oriented Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills Passion for education, youth development, and the arts Time Commitment Flexible schedule. Approximately 5–10 hours per week. Compensation This position begins as a volunteer leadership role. A stipend and/or performance-based incentive may be available based on successful sponsorships and funds secured for the organization.
